This is a key role within the Consulting Team, working closely with clients, Project Managers, Illuminets Sales, Client Delivery Directors and associates, you will provide support and expertise in both pre-sales and delivery. As such, the Senior Automation Business Analyst Consultant will support Illuminets ability to achieve or exceed growth targets in revenue and profitability.

  • You will be client facing, working to capture business processes and identify Intelligent Automation solutions and approaches to business problems.
  • Leading the analysis process, engaging with and inspiring the client, studying the business model, examining workflows and technological systems.  You will prepare and present recommendations for the client or Project Manager that will improve business process efficiency. Solutions may include process mapping and improvement, strategic planning, demonstrating effectives of Automation solutions, creating Business Cases and delivering outcomes to clients.
  • When not on a client contract you will be working within the Illuminet team to help innovate and move our internal products and processes forward to stay ahead of the market. 

Individual Requirements: 

  • Proven Business Analysis skills in RPA and associated technologies.

The job will be under the Consulting and Client Delivery team in the Company’s hierarchy working directly under and reporting to the Head of Automation Data and AI and to specific Client Delivery Directors for Client Assignments.

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum of 5 years working within Business Analysis, minimum of 2 years RPA experience.  
  • Solid business and data analytical skills. 
  • Technically proficient in MS products including PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.

  • Experience of working with the major RPA products (Blue Prism, UIPath, AA)

This is an exciting opportunity as a Business Operations Administrator, working predominantly in the Poole office, Dorset, with occasional home working.

This role sits within Illuminet’s Business Operations Team and you will be reporting to the Business Operations Team Leader. This role is pivotal to the smooth running of the engine that enables Illuminet to be successful, providing support services to Illuminet Teams, to enable greater efficiency for the organisation in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Working closely with each of the Illuminet teams globally, liaising with new and existing Consultants / Associates, Associate Partners, Partners and Suppliers.  The role may also involve liaising with Clients and potentially undertaking client facing activities. The role covers a blend of operational activities as well as the opportunity to participate or lead a number of improvement initiatives and projects across Illuminet.

    • Assist with timesheet / sales log / invoice alignment.
    • Raise and process invoices.
    • Assist consultants with queries, such as timesheets, payments, etc.
    • Create and maintain financial reporting.
  • HR
    • Provide full HR administration support and on-boarding of all new permanent joiners.
  • Overall
    • Attend daily/weekly team meetings and identify areas where we can improve.
    • Support audits, assessments and compliance for ISO and external regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure all policies, procedures and documentation are updated and maintained, read, understood and complied with maintained and compliant as per company policies.
    • Look to document and improve the fulfilment, onboarding and company processes and create process maps on Miro (training provided).
    • Co-ordinating company events including Leadership (ExCo) meetings, ‘Make a Difference’ Days, company-wide ‘town halls’, client events, exhibitions and internal social events.

The focus of this role will be to provide strategic consulting services that utilise significant experience in executive / c-suite strategic thinking and senior leadership guidance.

This role will support our clients in defining their business goals, creating a bridge between business context and concept, and designing information technology roadmaps. 

The role holder will be expected to assume a position of responsibility, which may include mentoring and the development of more junior colleagues either within Illuminet or within our client’s domain. When not on a client contract you will be working within the broader Illuminet team to help innovate and move our internal products and processes forward to stay ahead of the market. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer of the company, the Global Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, new markets, new clients and partners globally (UK, Europe, USA, Middle East, and Asia) for the company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and work closely with the Business Development Executives to provide guidance, training, and workshops for new lead generation process
  • Working closely with Client Delivery Directors to devise strategies for new business engagements
