Illuminet, a technology consultancy and recruitment services organisation, is proud to announce the appointment of Debora Edwards, as the new Chief People Officer. Deb will oversee the Global OCM (organisational change management) & People Change practice. She will be responsible for leading our new people strategy including the talent and culture initiatives that will continue to support the current and future business growth of Illuminet.
Deb brings exceptional experience across all facets of supporting and implementing new HR operating models while delivering technological change. She has supported leaders’ and employees through Cultural Change Management to deal with the current challenges associated with the global pandemic. Her passion for delivering sustainable change in a digital environment focuses on applying a people first approach to complex business challenges.

Previously, Deb has assisted a number of businesses as a result of Mergers & Acquisitions; including successfully supporting Lloyds Banking Group consolidate their IT and Cyber Security Operating models. She also assisted the London Stock Exchange implement their Global Business & HR Operating model. Deb currently sits on the Board for Illuminet and is supporting a number of businesses develop their HR & OCM (organisational change management) capability.
