John Opsblum is one of the original founders of illuminet and is the CCO, leading the Consulting Division.
He led global transformational programmes and services in organisations across multiple sectors, including Barclays Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, Dell, NTT Data, DuPont, Thames Valley Police & Hampshire Constabulary.
John’s expertise is in designing and delivering IT Target Operating Models, IT services (internal and managed services), out-sourcing transition, mergers / separations, transformation and programme management.
John has extensive experience of building relationships with clients and suppliers and in identifying, hiring and developing talented people.
With unlimited drive and energy he is tireless at delivering the right outcome for illuminet’s clients.
