We are pleased to announce the establishment of a new US subsidiary, Illuminet Inc. (incorporated in Delaware and covering US & Canada). Anna Soo has been appointed as the Vice President of Illuminet Inc. She brings to the position over 25 years of marketing & sales, technology and business experience. Anna is a native New Yorker, holds a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Business Management. We look forward to benefiting from Anna’s strong work ethic and extensive experience.
We have been delivering IT consultancy and change delivery services to our clients globally for many years, dealing in multiple currencies including US Dollars, using our UK entity but with in-region expertise from our trusted bench and partners, however we felt the time was right to create a legal and full time physical presence in the region to further enhance our ability to meet existing and potential client needs (whether solely for the North America market, or for global clients with headquarters or a significant regional footprint). This will enable us to respond quickly and effectively, with a deeper understanding of the needs of the region’s market.
